Abhyangam
Be treated to a luxurious herbal oil massage, applied to your entire body in wide circular strokes. The soothing rubdown stimulates functional efficiency and muscle strength and eliminates stress leaving you refreshed and revitalised.

Udvarthanam
Be pampered in the expert hands of our therapists, who'll skinfully apply special herbal powder at ailing body parts. Feel the healing effects as it triggers a profound effect throughout your body. This is excellent for treating obesity, hemiplegia, paralysis and impaired bodily circulation.

Kizhi
A herb and powder mixture is shaped into boluses and dipped in warm medicated oil. The mixture is then generously applied to the entire body or specific areas. A wonderful remedy for osteo-arthrities, spondylosis and injuries from sporting activities.

Njavarakizhi
Tapping on the natural healing properties of the exotic Njavara grain, the grains are cooked in a herbal decoction and milk, which is then carefully tied in a linen cloth and pressed against the body. Feel the warm, comforting solution flow over your body as the healing properties go to work on your body. Regular treatment can speed up the healing of rheumatism, joint pains emaciation of limbs, hypertension, multiple sclerosis, controlling high cholesterol and improve skin complexion.

Thailadhara
This is one of the treatments under the ancient Sirodhara technique. Also known as the 'third-eye massage', this calming treatment awakens and soothes the senses producing a stress relieving effect. A steady stream of warm medicated herbal oil is poured onto a particular point on the forehead through a special brass container. Regular treatment can help alleviate insomnia and headache, alleviate tension, improve memory and revitalise the senses.

Thakradhara / Kseeradhara
Akin to Thailadhara, but a mixture of herbal buttermilk is used instead of oil. A tried and tested remedy for stress related problems; this preparation washes away anxiety and relaxes the mind.

Vasthi
Ancient medicated enema. Vasthi is one of the panchakarma techniques in which certain herbal oils and extracts are applied though the rectum. This treatment is effective for arthrities, paralysis, emiplegia, numbness, gastric complaints, rheumatism and chronic constipation.

Shirrovasthi
Ayurvedium's technique blend of oil is poured into a cap tat is fitted onto the head. The oil arouses the senses and awakens the body's natural healing system. A panacea for severe headache, facial paralysis, dryness of the nostrils, mouth and throat.

Snehaphanam
Oral intake of herbal oils or ghee preparations. This is done as a therapeutic procedure and also as a preparatory process during the body purification therapy. This treatment is effective for osteoarthritis, psoriasis, chronic constipation, haemorrhoids and other related ailments.

Dahanyamla Dhara
Warm herbal liquid is poured all over the body in a rhythmic pattern using a special vessel. This treatment is effective for chronic and acute inflammatory conditions and is also effective in treating paralytic disorders.

Netra Tarpanam
Pampering for the eyes. A wall of flour paste, 3-4cm high, is built around both eyes and medicated ghee is poured gently into them. Just the remedy for eye strain and aches and is even known to treat eye diseases.

Kativasthi
Enjoy the sensation of warm medicated herbal oil applied over your lower back with a unique blend of Ayurvedium's herbal paste. Provides relief for back pain and spinal injuries.

Urovasthi
Like kativasthi, except warm medicated oil is applied over the chest. A panacea for asthma and other respiratory problems.

Thalapothichil
An affair of the hair. A careful selection of herbs is applied to enrich the scalp, feeding it precious nutrients that prevent premature greying and other problems. Keeps your crowning glory healthy, manageable, soft and shiny!

Ksheeradhoomam
Effective in providing relief to facial palsies, speech disorders, ptosis and various nervous disorders. A mixture of herbal decoction and milk is heated. The steam is passed through a tube and applied over the affected area or the entire body.

Thalam
The scalp is applied with a special blend of herbal powder and oil. Suitable method to ease ear, nose and throat problems as well as giving relief from insomnia and migraine.

Nasyam
Body purification treatment. Toxins are removed through special herbal juice and herbal oil administered through the nasal channels. With toxins removed, one will experience a feeling of rejuvenation. Also effective in providing relief to sinusitis and headache.

Lepanam
Herbal paste is applied on the affected part to treat various types of inflammatory conditions, skin diseases, arthritis and gout.

Pizhichil
Warm herbal oil is administered all over the body by our highly trained therapists. Pizichil is helpful in treating arthritis, paralysis, hemiplegia, sexual dysfunction and nervous disorders.

Chavitti Uzhichil (Massage With The Sole)
A Unique Treatment From The Indian State Of Kerala
This is the traditional Kerala martial arts massage with close relationships with ayurvedic marmas (the pressure points). The expert masseur will hold a rope placed from the ceiling with the patient lying on the floor. The masseur will then perform a whole body oil massage with the sole to relax each and every muscle group of the patient. This is a hard massage giving the patient a whole body workout. This is one of the quickest ways to improve blood circulation and relieve muscle fatigue.
Not recommended for those with hypertensive and cardiac conditions.
