Early childhood Music Courses

The objectives of the Early Childhood Music Courses are to help young children discover the joys of music, to understand the fundamentals of music, to introduce instrumental play and most of all to enjoy music as an art form and as a means of self expression.

1. Allegretto “Music” Playgroup (18 mths to 3 yrs)
   
2. Toddler Music Course ( 18 mths to 2 1/2 yrs)
   
3. Senior Toddler Music Course ( 2 1/2 yrs to 3 1/2 yrs )
4. Music Foundation Course ( 4 to 5 yrs)
5. Preparatory Piano Course ( 5 to 6 yrs)
6. Happy Strings for Violin ( 4 to 6 yrs )
7. Happy Strings for Cello ( 5 to 7 yrs)
   

Young students get to perform regularly at Lunchtime Concerts and they have other numerous performing opportunities. Extra curriculum activities which compliment the Early Childhood Music Courses are the Choir, the Keyboard Ensemble, the Junior String Ensemble and the Percussion Ensemble.
