User Agreement
This "User Agreement" governs the use of this website, www.mumcentre.com.my ("Website").  The Website is owned and operated by BDMG Pte Ltd.  For the sake of this agreement, "MumCentre" refers to an entity owned by BDMG Pte Ltd.  All terms in this User Agreement which you agree to with MumCentre, you also agree to with BDMG Pte Ltd.  Your use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein.  If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please exit immediately.
1.  Specific terms and conditions and other notices are contained elsewhere in the Website.  Those terms and conditions and notices constitute part of this User Agreement and any breach of those terms and conditions and notices would constitute a breach of this User Agreement.
2.  Any breach of this User Agreement may result in the termination of your membership without notice, denial of your access to the Website, and/or legal action or remedies against you.
3.  No part of the Website may be reproduced, stored, or transmitted in any form whatsoever for unlawful purposes or commercial use; no materials that can be accessed or downloaded from the Website can be used for unlawful purposes or commercial use; nor can the Website be linked to another web site for unlawful purposes or commercial use.  
4.  You will be responsible for the security of your access details for the Website, that is, user ID and password.  MumCentre shall not be liable for any direct or indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by you or any third party arising from or in connection with the use (authorized or unauthorized by you) of the Website through the use of your access details.  You will be responsible for any direct or indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by MumCentre and any third party arising from or in connection with the use (authorized or unauthorized by you) of the Website through the use of your access details.  You will indemnify MumCentre against any claims from any third party accordingly.
5.  You will be responsible for the accuracy of your information and update your information on a timely basis.  MumCentre shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party arising from or in connection with incorrect information furnished by you, including the loss of any order deliveries, Rewards, or notifications etc.  
6.  You understand that you are personally responsible for your behavior while on the Site and agree to indemnify and hold MumCentre and its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense of any kind (including attorneys' fees) that we may incur in connection with a third party claim or otherwise, in relation to your use of the Website and/or other services offered by MumCentre or access to the Website, or your violation of either this User Agreement or the rights of any third party. 
7.  You will be responsible for any breaches of this User Agreement, and any direct or indirect or consequential loss or damage to MumCentre, or any third party, arising out of the use or misuse of the Website by you, and/or any authorized or unauthorized persons that uses the Website through your access details.  You will indemnify MumCentre, its employees, directors, or agents against any and all claims from you or any third party that may arise from any breach of this User Agreement, or the use or misuse of the Website (including the provisioning of information).
8.  You will not access any server associated with the Website or hack into MumCentre's servers without MumCentre's prior approval.
9.  You will not alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with the Website.
10. MumCentre does not warrant that the information in the Website is accurate; that the Website will be virus-free at all times; that it will be responsible for ensuring that all defects will be corrected; that all functionalities will be in working order at all times; and that the Website or any part of the Website will be accessible at all times.  MumCentre, its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, and/or consequential loss, damages, or claims in connection with the use of the Website (including the accuracy of the contents, transmission of viruses from the Website) or with any emails or communications sent from or through the Website or from www.mumcentre.com .
11. Some of the contents of the Website are based on information and logos provided by the participating merchants to MumCentre.  MumCentre cannot take any responsibility for the accuracy of the contents and any infringement of intellectual property rights associated with the contents (including the logos).  MumCentre, its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, and/or consequential loss, damages, or claims in connection with such contents in the Website and you will indemnify MumCentre against the same.
12. The Website may contain links to other web sites belonging to and maintained by third parties, including participating merchants.  Such links do not, in any way, constitute endorsement by MumCentre of the contents in the third parties' web sites.  MumCentre further disclaims any and all responsibility for the contents contained in the third parties web sites and any related materials provided by or accessed through the third party web sites.  MumCentre, its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, and/or consequential loss, damages, or claims in connection with the contents in the third parties' web sites nor with the use of the third parties' web sites.
13. Opinions and advice given on this Website or in the Mumcentre Magazine are by the contributor or advertiser and are not necessarily those of our Editor, Publisher, MumCentre or of BDMG Pte Ltd.  You are advised to consult your medical practitioner for advice on health related issues.  
14. MumCentre reserves the right to make changes to the Website, including the terms and conditions contained herein, at any time without prior notice.
15. MumCentre reserves the right to terminate or deny your access to the Website at any time for any reason without prior notice.
16. The terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.  You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts with respect to legal matters arising under this User Agreement.
17.  By registering for MumCentre, you will receive offline as well as online communications from MumCentre. To opt out of receiving online communications from MumCentre or to choose which types of communications you wish to receive from MumCentre, you may visit the Website to select the types of communications you wish to receive or send an email to unsubscribe@MumCentre.com stating that you want to unsubscribe from or select to receive only certain types of communications. In addition, you may opt out of receiving a specific type of online communication at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every online communication you receive from MumCentre.
18. On occasion, MumCentre will send the users online and offline offers from the 3rd Parties, such as discounts, coupons and other offers of value. In addition, when users present the at both local and international 3rd Parties, they may receive discounts, coupons and other offers of value, on a case by case basis. For details on the offers available at various 3rd Parties with presentation of the Membership Card, as well as the specific terms and conditions and/or limitations applicable to each of these offers, visit the Web site.  MumCentre makes no representation or warranty with respect to the content of any such e-mail messages or any goods or services which may be obtained from such third parties, and you agree that neither MumCentre nor such third party shall have any liability with respect thereto.
19. MumCentre may modify this User Agreement from time to time in its sole discretion. Each time you log on to the MumCentre Network, you will be deemed to have accepted any such changes. In the event we modify these User Agreement, we reserve the right (at MumCentre's discretion) to provide you notice of such changes to any e-mail address you have provided to MumCentre, or post office address you have provided to MumCentre.
20. MumCentre may modify or discontinue the MumCentre services, or any portion thereof or any services, digital products, products, events or courses related thereto, with or without notice to you and without liability to you or any third party, except as otherwise provided herein.
21. Your Postings to this Website.
On some parts of our Website, you can post messages or tell us your comments on a given topic, or start a new topic for others to respond to. If you post anything, you guarantee to us that:

(4) We do not screen, monitor, edit, or review Member Content. We do have the right to monitor or remove any Member Content at any time and without notice if we believe it will improve our Website. We can also suspend or terminate use of the Website and/or other services offered by MumCentre by anyone who does not follow this User Agreement.
You should also be aware that any message posted to our Website will become public and any personal information you post will be accessible to any visitors to our Website. 

22.  The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Website are the property of MumCentre and other parties. Users are prohibited from using any Marks without the written permission of MumCentre or such third party that may own the Marks
23. This User Agreement is the entire agreement between you and MumCentre. They supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and MumCentre relating to your use of the Website or the Website and/or other services offered by MumCentre. If any part of this User Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of this User Agreement, all of which will remain in full force and effect. This User Agreement is governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Singapore, without regard to any choice of law provisions.
